The graphics card on that PC (an integrated GeForce 7050) is shitty. If you plan on gaming on your PC, you should get one with a nicer graphics card. Here's some PCs that would be better:

The first one comes with Vista, but according to the link to that PC, it seems to be eligible for a free Windows 7 upgrade. Both come with a Core 2 Quad, and the graphics card in both machines are roughly comparable. You should be able to play on very high / max settings on low-mid. resolutions. They are a bit more expensive than the Packard Bell PC that you were looking at, but it's worth it for the extra money, especially if you want to play 3D games at higher resolutions and graphic details.Processor

the pc i got atm is like halve the memory of what i showed you grapics card is i think nvidia 5000 i cant remember. hmm i dont play strong grapical games so will it alright for things like spellforce 2?

8248 Sure, but it will definitely struggle (or may not even be playable) on games like Oblivion, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, etc., not to mention any future games, like Starcraft II and Guild Wars 2. It's better to spend more for the graphics card, since a good graphics card will make a HUGE difference in any graphic demanding PC game.
