Y-Corner

Ok, so ever since I got this new computer, whenever I try to install a new game (be it iRO or Witcher or many other games) from various sources (iRO was downloaded, Witcher was a bought DVD) I keep getting a CRC error during installation. It says "CRC Error : so-and-so file doesn't match the setup's .cab file" or something. I did try searching on google about this problem, but I have found various answers. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

EDIT : Small update. I switched the RAM of my machine and the games installed without any errors. It must have been faulty RAM >.<

Yeah, bad RAM is known to do that. It can really make your system unstable, as well as corrupt certain files. It's fortunate that RAM prices are a lot lower these days compared to what they were a few years ago.
