Time to Step Up the Moderating Folks...

With the recent incident with gargamel, I think it may be time to step up the moderating and enforcing the forum rules. Moderators have some more powers now to deal with people like gargamel in the future. Also, I will be recruiting more moderators so that we will have more people to cover the forum during the day.
As for deleting threads/posts, generally should not delete them unless the post/thread is directly violating the rules (like what gargamel did). Also, try not to break the rules yourself, since it encourages regular posters to break rules themselves and looks to them like the staff are hypocrites.
