Since the other thread was accidentally deleted, here is a re-post of how to connect to the Schthack server on PSO: Blue Burst:

Steps:

1.) Download the Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst client. You can download it from the main Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst website: http://psobb.com/downloads/client.php

2.) To connect on this server you will have to edit your host file
to do so, on Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista go in Start Menu -> run
execute this line:

notepad.exe c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

After in the notepad, add this line and save the file:

207.210.93.28 game01.us.segaonline.jp

*note that the ip may change, you can get the ip at the main page of the website http://www.schtserv.com

3.) To make an account you will have to fill an online form.

* Note that all accounts that are inactive for 90 days will get deleted to keep the database clean.

4.) Download and install the additional Japanese Item and Episode IV Offline Mode patches from here: http://www.schtserv.com/download.php

I've updated the first post with more information on how to connect to the Schthack server. It appears that there are several custom quests being added to the Schthack server.

Hay do you have the US-Patch? i been trying to get that to color my name.

The Patch file for US - Patch because i wanna color name but i got the JP-EN Patch... -_-
