Talk to ppl who you're going to recuit just to know who they are and are they gonna WoE. Skipping 2 WoEs in row without reason means automatic kickfor new ppl, doesnt include those who have been in DT like half year or something.

1. Lv85+ only
2. Must be active WoE

Classes needed atm:
2-3 Priest
Dancer
Merch Classes
Champ
Paladin
1-3 More High Wizards

Classes not needed:
SinX?
Sniper?

Post here ideas about recuiting and I'll add them here. I also update this threat everytime we decide something new about recuiting.

It would be nice if more people get invite powers ( i once had a whitesmith asking me if he could be in the guild but there was nobody online who could invite)

We also need a paladin ( for sacrificing our wizards ). And we also need more wizards ( you can never have enough wizards ;D)

Maybe it would also be nice if we had a list where we can see the people who were online last WoE, so we can kick the people who are not active.

if i may...i would like to suggest both enforcing the WoE rlur demon stated...and also giving a mandatory 1% tax to all members, we could check how much they have put into the guild to see if they are active, this would require monitoring...if no one else will do the job, i will volunteer to watch the tax input from each member to the guild...
If someone is putting in a ton of exp to the guild per week...do we really want to kick them? i think not...
Im against the more ppl having invite, as it stands, everyone has invite, i think only a select few should have it, some ppl dunt know wtf they are doing whilst recruiting...how else do you think we get so many inactives, ppl tht play other chars and figure ill stick a secondary in another guild...
just my two cents...

I feel like if some people are really eager to recruit, then they should be one of the few to have invite powers.

Also new members should NOT have invite powers, the reason I say that is we're a small guild, there's no reason that at least 2-3 of us shouldn't have seen/talked to this person before they're invited and we never see them again and they waste a slot.

I agree though that we need to specialize in classes, everyone has: LK, Sinx, Sniper (the easiest classes to level) but let's keep our eyes open for toher classes.

As one of the three active Woe Stalkers we have I can say that three is enough... now we just gotta find some more.

there can nvr be enough wizards. i might be dreaming, but 5-7 HW with a precast is enough to beat back some guilds alone, not to mention that theres the whole emp party. it would also make for a stronger pre emp party since wed have enough to split.

wtf is zhuwen talking about sacrificing wizards!!! thats sick.

im with blank on recruiting powers, whether or not i would get them. the last thing we want or need is inactives wasting our space and generally pissing us off.

i might have misunderstood this part, but blank also said something about monitoring activity to see if we should keep people. Some people (like myself) really dont have that much time to play during the week and are generally only on for woe. If theyre not racking up any xp, but they still show up for woe, they kinda get shafted. i think woe activity should determine if we keep the people, not how active they are otherwise.

lol XD
sacrifice is a paladin skill that lets them take damage for other people. If a paladin "sacrifices" you that means they're taking the damage you would take.

the 1% guild tax, is more an idea to see if ppl are on during the week, should they not come to 2 woe's, and contribute little or nothing to the guild w/out posting here, they can then justly be expelled for the guild, if they challenge the ruling of inactivity, we can prove them wrong....its just an idea to find out if ppl are actually on, some of the ppl we have i have never seen/heard of before, its just a matter of seeing if they are active...
2+2=4 cents so far...at this rate ima be in debt soon T.T

I think 4 HW's can be enough, since me and rauf had a effective pre-cast.
Paladin and priests are more important, because moonlight can't handle all the buffs and emp healing on her own.

<3 precast on castle entrance. I avoid returning to castles with precasts on the entrance, so other people probably do also. I also enjoy defending at the entrance more.

ok, you pimps, there cant be enuf for any class cuz what happens later on when some peeps cant make it. tat means just cuz of one person, we gotta sacrifice the castle for that week? and as long as you have enuf classes, and you have a woe active person, invite em. as long as u got space of course, cuz wat happens when even if they r lower than 85, they could be an awesome player, u just missed ur chance at recruiting :P

invite everyone tat is woe active, and lvl, any char as long as they are woe active/ might be woe active.
