Microsoft Surface - Microsoft's Touch Table

I heard about this on Digg earlier. Bill Gates was demonstrating "Microsoft Surface" on the Today Show, an upcoming product from Microsoft that allows a person to physically manipulate desktop contents with their hands alone. Here is a link to the article:

Here's a wiki entry on it for more details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Surface

It is very impressive. :o Too bad it will initially cost around $10,000 USD. :( Maybe in 5-10 years when it is more affordable. :P

Show me what it's like, to be the last one standing~~
And teach me wrong from right, and I'll show you what I can be~~
And say it for me, say it to me~~
And I'll leave this life behind me~~
Say it if it's worth saving me~~

Microsoft Surface is finally appearing in some AT&T locations across the U.S. Here's a link to a demonstration video (used as part of a AT&T phone pitch): http://gizmodo.com/380860/multi+grope-interacting-with-microsoft-surface-at-the-att-store

Still looks cool as hell.
